Yesterday, our ISN community came together for the annual ISN Wandertag.
We started at the meeting point and made our way to Klausentalhütte Diedesfeld. The weather? Let’s just say it kept us on our toes but it definitely didn’t dampen the fun!

We’re in the midst of Inset Week, and preparations for the start of school next week are in full swing. From going through processes and routines to refreshing our first aid skills and planning exciting projects, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes. Most importantly, we're setting up the classrooms and getting everything ready to welcome our dear learning partners back next week! 🎒✨

Over the past two weeks, our school hosted the City4Future sustainability workshop, focusing on building a sustainable future city while addressing climate change, wind energy, and innovative home insulation ideas 🌍💨🏠.
Organized in collaboration with our Secondary Years learning partners, the workshop featured hands-on experiments and culminated in a stimulating debate styled as a city council meeting 🏛️.

Our Secondary Years learning partners had an amazing time on their trip to Salzburger Land! 🏞️
They stayed at Jugendhaus Gerlosplatte. The place was fantastic with trampolines, a soccer field, a cinema room, table tennis, a pool table, a boulder wall, and an indoor hall. So much fun! ⚽🎬🏓🎱🧗♀️
They also had some thrilling adventures - a canoe tour on the Durlassboden reservoir and rafting on the Ziller. 🚣♂️🌊

Last Friday, our school transformed into an art gallery, the ISN Kunsthaus!
Visitors were delighted by the wonderful artworks on display. We were also proud of the pieces created by our learning partners, both in art class and our afternoon art programme. What creativity!
The future skill "Act outside the box," defined by the SBW Haus des Lernens AG, is all about creativity, making the ISN Kunsthaus incredibly valuable to us.

Today, our Early Years learning partners had the sweetest visit! A wonderful group of children from Kindertagesstätte Käferkiste in Neustadt joined us this morning. Everyone had a blast playing, singing, laughing, and snacking together. It was a lovely morning filled with joy and laughter. Thank you for making today so special! 🥰🌟
