A special something during Advent

The Christmas holidays have begun and things are gradually settling down. In the weeks leading up to Christmas, we had many wonderful moments together in our school community, singing and laughing together and spreading joy.

Every week, our learning partners visit the residents of the Caritas retirement home St. Ulrich in Neustadt as part of the Future Skills programme – and they do it with a lot of heart and care.

To bring them some extra joy during Advent, the learning partners came up with something special. The younger learning partners put smiles on the residents' faces with a joyful show, while the older learning partners recited heartfelt poems and shared insights into how Christmas is celebrated in different parts of the world.

These moments of joy and togetherness remind us that the true magic of Christmas lies in giving, sharing and spreading love. We wish everyone happy holidays and a merry Christmas season.
